The idea of the program started in 2007 and the main target was                 to overcome and exceed the weak size of investments and commercial exchange ( industrial , commercial & tourism )in all fields and the increased relying on the foreign goods from other side , at the same time the numbers available issued by the official Arab institutes and the authorized foreign ones suggests that there are a great possibilities ands potentials in our Arab countries that are un-employed and not invested , and that there are billions of money that are searching for an investment
